What we keep. Your business and store names, tank and sales numbers, deliveries, prices, card totals and drafts, documents you upload, and for each person a name, an email or mobile number, and a password or PIN kept only in scrambled form.
Where. In a database in the United States (Neon, Ohio) and served from Vercel. Connections are encrypted.
Who else touches it. Only the services that do a job for you: texts go through Twilio and emails through Resend once they're switched on; a photo of a delivery slip is read by Anthropic's Claude when you use that button. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it. The owners and bookkeepers you invite see every store; a store manager sees only their own store. HSN staff look only when you ask us for help.
Keeping and deleting. We keep your records while you use dip. (the state asks you to keep inventory records for 2 years). Ask and we'll export or delete everything.
